Talisman Art Studio and Productions

Yvonne Desrosiers produces a variety of unique ceramic forms.  Her work is dominated by wheel thrown functional ware but  she regularly produces handbuilt, thrown and altered and directly modeled clay works.  Ceramic drums are a recent focus of Yvonne's work.  She is not afraid to interject humor into her work. 

Under the title of Talisman Productions, Yvonne occasionally produces acoustic acts.  Most recently she arranged and handled the promotion of Richard Gilewitz's concerts and workshops in the Michiana area.

She will make connections with willing local venues, handle the dissemination of concert details, design a poster and tickets and serve as a connection between artist and venue.  Costs and fees are the responsibility of the artist and/or venue on an event by event basis.

Yvonne has recently been accepting commissions for creating personalized and light-hearted small ceramic sculptures that are unique.  The head may be fixed in position or bobble.  Sorry, she will not do celebrity or political sculptures unless the celebrity or politician commissions it.  Prices start at $150.

I take on occasional tattoo commissions.  Although I do not, at this time, work fulltime as a tattoo artist, I do take on tattoo job.  Clearly you must be in the South Bend area to make this an option.

Each tattoo job is priced according to the complexity of the artwork, my personal creation/preparation of the drawings, length of time to apply the tattoo, variety of colors and range of needles needed.
